Request a demoOne chat is one conversation that you have automatically turned into a report. We count a quarter of an hour per chat, based on the length of an average GP consultation. Your conversations are added together, so a five-minute consultation doesn’t cost you a whole chat and you never pay for half conversations. With Practitioner Go you get 60 chats per month, and with Practitioner Plus you work without limits on a fair use basis. With Pay-as-you-go you pay per chat, so you can scale up and down flexibly with your usage.
Yes. Through the Wellcom Connect browser extension, Wellcom works with any web-based EHR, so you simply document in your own system. With Plus and Organisation you also get support with the EHR integration.

With an annual subscription at practice or organisation level, we supply a desk microphone per consulting room or user, so you can start straight away. With a shorter subscription, you get the microphones on loan.
Yes, that’s possible. In that case we charge connection and update costs, and the costs of using the AI models are borne by your organisation. Get in touch via support@wellcom-health.nl and we’ll discuss the terms.
