What is Wellcom Health?

Wellcom Health (legal name: Wellcom Technologies B.V.) is a Dutch healthtech company from Amsterdam that builds voice-driven documentation for healthcare. The platform listens in the background during conversations and automatically turns them into clear reports, letters and templates, so healthcare professionals spend less time on administration and have more attention for the patient.

Web app
Wellcom works in the browser on laptop, tablet and phone, and can be added to the home screen as a web app. A conversation you record on your phone, for example during a home visit, can then be opened on your laptop and added to the EHR with Wellcom Connect.
Partner programmes
Wellcom takes part in the partner programmes of Microsoft and NVIDIA.
Pricing
Practitioner Go costs €24.99 per month, Practitioner Plus €59.99 per month and Pay-as-you-go €15.00 per month with billing per chat. The same tiers apply per user for healthcare institutions, and for organisations with twenty or more employees we make a tailored proposal. All prices excl. VAT.
Data processing
All processing takes place within Europe. Conversations do not need to be stored, and the report ends up in the healthcare organisation’s record, not with us.
Independently assessed
Wellcom Health has been positively tested by Digizo.nu, the Dutch knowledge platform for digital healthcare, and the platform has undergone a penetration test by an external party.
MDR
Wellcom does not fall under the Medical Device Regulation: its applications are administrative and supportive; they do not make diagnoses or perform medical acts.
Speaker recognition
Speaker diarization keeps up to eight speakers apart within one conversation, for example in conversations with family members and in multidisciplinary meetings.

Security & assessment

Wellcom works with the most sensitive data there is. That is why we show not only how we have arranged things ourselves, but also what others think of it.

  • Certified

    ISO 27001:2022 and NEN 7510:2024, the standards for information security in healthcare. Both were issued under accreditation by the Raad voor Accreditatie (the Dutch Accreditation Council), so they have been assessed by an independent body.

  • Externally pen-tested

    The platform has undergone a penetration test by an external party: specialists deliberately try to break in, so that vulnerabilities are found before anyone else finds them.   • Positively tested by Digizo.nu

    Digizo.nu is the independent Dutch knowledge platform for digital healthcare, where healthcare organisations can compare applications and see how they have been assessed. Wellcom Health has been positively tested there and has its own application page.

  • What happens to data

Integrations

  • Wellcom Connect

    Our browser extension connects Wellcom to any web-based EHR. The extension recognises fields automatically, so you can fill in several sections at once, without copying and pasting.

  • Microsoft single sign-on

    Organisations can connect the portal to their own Microsoft environment, so employees log in with their existing account and the organisation itself decides who has access.
