We do not process special categories of personal data, such as health data, through the website. So do not include such data in the demo form or in an email.

We do not send a newsletter or other marketing emails unless you have given your consent first. If you are a customer, we may inform you about similar services. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device when you visit a website. Websites also use your browser’s local storage for the same purpose; we list that below as well. We always place functional cookies, because the website does not work properly without them. We only place all other cookies if you give your consent in the cookie banner. You choose per category:

  • Functional: these cookies remember your cookie choice and protect the services we use against abuse. No consent is required for these.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4 shows how visitors use the website and through which channel requests come in. Google Ads measures whether someone requests a demo or goes to the free trial after clicking on our ad. With your consent, Google may also use this data to personalise ads. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We also keep track, in your browser’s session storage, of the campaign you came in through (the utm values in the link) and pass it on when you go to the portal’s sign-up page. The portal only uses it to count how many sign-ups come in through each campaign per week; the campaign is not linked to your account.
  • Marketing: with the OpenAI pixel, we measure whether our ads in ChatGPT lead to a request. The OpenAI script only loads after you have given consent. It then also recognises email addresses, phone numbers and names that you enter in a form, converts them into a code (a hash) in your browser and sends that along. This allows OpenAI to link a request to an ad. OpenAI processes this data in the United States.

We use Google Consent Mode. If you do not give consent, Google does not place any cookies. Google then only receives signals without a cookie ID, for example that a page has been viewed, and uses them to estimate statistics.

There is a YouTube video on the homepage. It only loads when you click play, via youtube-nocookie.com. Only then does YouTube receive data from you, such as your IP address.

The demo page contains the Cal.com calendar. It loads when you open the page; Cal.com only places the functional cookie __cf_bm when it does. If you schedule an appointment, your name, email address and the time are sent to Cal.com.

You can always change your choice or withdraw your consent via , which is also at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the Google or OpenAI cookies that belong to that choice. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

For example, the connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS) and only employees who need access for their work have access to your data. Wellcom is certified for ISO 27001:2022 and NEN 7510:2024. You can read more about this on Privacy and security.

If we have doubts as to whether the request really comes from you, we may ask you to prove your identity. In that case, we will not ask for more data than necessary.
