That is why data security has been one of our core values from day one. Our platform is built according to security by design:
- Encryption of important customer data
- Conversations do not need to be stored
- Models are never trained on patient data
- All servers are located within Europe
- ISO 27001:2022 and NEN 7510:2024 certified, under accreditation by the Dutch Accreditation Council (Raad voor Accreditatie)
